'Stree 2' Trailer: Shraddha Kapoor, Rajkummar Back With Another Comic Spook-Fest
Get ready for another comic spook-fest as the trailer for Shraddha Kapoor and Rajkummar Rao starrer 'Stree 2' is out now.
The wait is finally over! The latest Hindi movie trailer for Shraddha Kapoor and Rajkummar Rao-starrer 'Stree 2' is out now. If the latest Hindi movie trailer is anything to go by, then we can expect one hell of a ride at the movies. Apart from Shraddha Kapoor and Rajkummar Rao, 'Stree 2' also stars Pankaj Tripathi, Abhishek Banerjee and Aparshakti Khurana. The latest Hindi movie trailer showcases that the town of Chanderi is once again haunted and as a result, all the residents make it their mission to eradicate the evil. In the latest Hindi movie trailer, Tamannaah Bhatia also makes a brief appearance. The clip begins with Pankaj Tripathi's Rudra Bhaiyaa introducing the new threat to the people of Chanderi, 'Sarkata'.
The people of Chanderi then start praying to Stree this time, saying, "O stree raksha karna", instead of telling her, "O stree kal aana".

Earlier, production house Maddock Films had confirmed that 'Stree 2' would be releasing in cinemas on August 15, 2024. "Iss swatantrata diwas, aa rahi hai #Stree fir se! #Stree2 in cinemas this Independence Day, 15th August 2024," production house Maddock Films wrote on Instagram.
As a result, there would now be a three-way box office clash on Independence Day 2024. 'Stree 2' will be clashing with Akshay Kumar's 'Khel Khel Mein' and John Abraham's 'Vedaa'.
'Stree 2' has been directed by Amar Kaushik and it has been bankrolled by Jio Studios and Dinesh Vijan production.
The plot of 'Stree', which was released in cinemas in 2018, revolved around a witch who abducts men at night when they are alone and only leaves their clothes behind.
'Stree' also received positive reviews, and special praise was directed towards the film's direction, dialogues, and storyline. Made on a budget of around Rs 20 crore, the movie went on to do a domestic box office business of more than Rs 125 crore.
