'Scam 2003: The Telgi Story' Trailer: Gagan Riar Leaves Lasting Impression
The first trailer for 'Scam 2003: The Telgi Story' has been released, and you would not be able to take your eyes off actor Gagan Riar.

Streaming platform SonyLiv has finally released the trailer for their upcoming show 'Scam 2003: The Telgi Story'. The series is a follow-up to the highly-acclaimed show 'Scam 1992: The Harshad Mehta Story'. The new series will be telling the story of Abdul Karim Telgi, who has been described as the man behind India's biggest stamp paper scam, worth Rs 30,000 crore.
The trailer opens with different characters talking about Telgi, who is alternatively described as a "snake" and "very smart". Gagan Riar then makes an appearance as the titular character, and he says lines like "jaise aap kayde ki bhasha samajhte ho, waise main fayde ki bhasha samajhta hoon."

'Scam 2003' trailer ends with the familiar beats of the Scam theme, composed by Achint Thakkar. The trailer serves as a grand-introduction for actor Gagan Riar and he has been given plenty of scene-stealing moments.
'Scam 1992' was headed by Hansal Mehta, while 'Scam 2003' has been directed by Tushar Hiranandani.
'Scam 2003' will be releasing on SonyLiv on September 1, 2023.
The new Hindi web series has been adapted from the Hindi book 'Reporter ki Diary' which was authored by journalist Sanjay Singh.
The first season which was co-directed by Hansal and his son Jai, managed to make Pratik Gandhi a household name.
After 'Scam 1992', Hansal Mehta directed projects like 'Faraaz' and Netflix investigative series 'Scoop' starring Karishma Tanna.
