'Citadel' Trailer: Priyanka Chopra, Richard Madden-Starrer Spy Thriller Looks To Be Riveting!

The wait is over as the trailer for 'Citadel' is finally out! The show starring Priyanka Chopra Jonas and Richard Madden will be dropping on Prime Video on April 28. For the unversed, the show has been created by 'Avengers' creators, the Russo Brothers. The show will comprise of six episodes and if the trailer is anything to go by, get ready for one hell of a ride. 

The 2 minutes 17 seconds long trailer packs quite a punch and the action stunts look riveting. Priyanka Chopra Jonas looks absolutely drop-dead gorgeous and Richard Madden amps up the style. 

The duo also share a crackling chemistry and we cannot wait to see more of Priyanka Chopra Jonas and Richard Madden in the show. The trailer for the show also features Stanley Tucci.

In the beginning of the trailer we can see Priyanka Chopra and Madden's characters on a train and soon an explosion changes their fortunes around. Then over the course of the trailer, we see the lead characters coming together and beating up some bad guys. 

'Citadel' also stars Lesley Manville, Osy Ikhile, Ashleigh Cummings, Roland Møller, and Caoilinn Springall. 

The first two episodes of the show will drop on Prime Video on April 28, and after this, one episode will drop each week till May 26. 

In 'Citadel', Priyanka and Richard Madden will be playing the role of spies who work for an organisation called 'Citadel'. The show has been bankrolled by Russo Brothers' production house AGBO. 

"I’m a goofball, so what was the biggest challenge for me was to be really cool. This was physically demanding, emotionally demanding, but it’s such a fun show to be a part of,” Priyanka Chopra Jonas had earlier told Vanity Fair. 

For the unversed, Priyanka Chopra is leading the American version of Citadel while actors Varun Dhawan and Samantha Ruth Prabhu will be seen in the Indian segment of the 'Citadel' universe.
