Mouni Roy stuns in beige floral dress.

Bollywood actress Mouni Roy’s fashion journey has always walked the line between sensuality and sophistication, and she does it with an effortless confidence that few can match. Whether she’s stepping out in a bold red-carpet gown, a glamorous saree, or a sharply tailored contemporary silhouette, Mouni brings an unmistakable softness to everything she wears. Her style is feminine but never predictable, glamorous yet rooted in detail — from the way she carries fabrics to how she balances drama with restraint. It’s this intuitive understanding of fashion that allows her to move seamlessly between Indian and Western aesthetics while always keeping her personal stamp intact.

In this recent appearance, Mouni stunned in the Lumi Dress by Baeli by Anu, a striking contemporary creation that blended structure, texture, and romantic detailing into one fluid silhouette. Taking to Instagram, Mouni Roy shared stunning images of herself in the dress.

The dress came rendered in a warm beige-nude base, designed in organza and soft mesh, creating a light, sheer movement in the lower half while keeping the bodice sculpted and body-hugging.

The upper portion was a strapless, corset-inspired fitted bodice that contoured her frame, giving the look a sleek and elongated shape. What truly elevated the piece was the black floral embroidery that trailed diagonally across the front — bold, graphic, and delicately placed like a botanical artwork on fabric. The skirt flared out subtly into a sheer, flowy hemline, allowing the organza to catch the light and add softness to the otherwise sharp silhouette.

Mouni Roy kept the styling intentionally minimal to let the dress shine. She paired it with nude strappy heels, maintaining the monochrome warmth of the look and keeping the attention on the embroidery and silhouette. There was no heavy jewellery here, just the confidence of clean styling with a statement ring.

Her hair was styled in soft, voluminous waves, parted slightly off-centre and cascading naturally over her shoulders.

The makeup was kept sultry yet refined: defined brows, softly smoked eyes in warm brown tones, fluttery lashes, and a nude-rose lip, paired with a luminous, sculpted base that highlighted her cheekbones beautifully. The overall effect was polished, editorial, and effortlessly glamorous — a perfect reflection of Mouni Roy’s ability to make modern fashion feel both powerful and poetic at the same time.

Meanwhile, on the work front, Mouni Roy was last seen in ‘The Bhootnii’, co-starring Sanjay Dutt, Palak Tiwari, Sunny Singh, Beyounick and Aasif Khan. Helmed by Sidhaant Sachdev, the film released in theatres on May 1. It clashed at the box office with Ajay Devgn’s ‘Raid 2’, which also starred Vaani Kapoor and Riteish Deshmukh in pivotal roles.

Up next, Mouni Roy will star in Madhur Bhandarkar’s ‘The Wives’. She also has the upcoming web series ‘Hisaab’ with Shaheer Sheikh and Sanjay Kapoor in the pipeline.
