"Vandalism, Hooliganism": Raees Director Rahul Dholakia On 'Pathaan' Posters Being Destroyed In Ahmedabad
Bajrang Dal workers destroyed the posters of 'Pathaan' and also damaged property at a theatre in Ahmedabad on Wednesday.
Shah Rukh Khan, Deepika Padukone and John Abraham, enjoy a following like no other, so it is no surprise that fans are eagerly waiting for the release of 'Pathaan'. However, Raees director Rahul Dholakia who is known for not mincing his words, gave his take on the protest, labelling it as "vandalism & hooliganism."

“Bajrang Dal workers got to know that posters of Pathaan movie were put up in the theatre. So, it was a ‘pradarshan (protest)’ as they did not want the movie to be released in the theatre, and police detained them,” spokesperson of Gujarat Vishwa Hindu Parishad (VHP) Hitendrasinh Rajput was quoted as saying by Indian Express.
