Kangana Ranaut did not mince her words and she let it rip at the makers of Tiger Shroff, Amitabh Bachchan-starrer 'Ganapath' for blocking the release date of 'Emergency'.

Actress Kangana Ranaut has announced that she would be changing the release date of her upcoming movie 'Emergency'. She said that she made the decision after Tiger Shroff, Amitabh Bachchan and Kriti Sannon-starrer 'Ganapath' blocked October 20 as the release date. Taking to Twitter, Kangana Ranaut said that she was looking at October 20 as the release date, but she needs to change it now to avoid the clash at the box office.
For the unversed, 'Ganapath' has been directed by Vikas Bahl who had also helmed Kangana's 'Queen'.
Taking to Twitter, Kangana Ranaut wrote: "When I was looking for a date for Emergency release I saw this year movie calendar is pretty much free, probably because of setbacks Hindi industry is having, based on my post production timelines I zeroed down on 20th October, with in a week T series owner Bhushan Kumar."

In another tweet, she said: "Announced his film on 20th October, entire October is free so is November, December and even September but today Mr Amitabh Bachchan and Tiger Shroff announced their ambitious project on 20th October,ha ha lagta hai panic meetings ho rahi hai Bollywood mafia gangs mein."

Then, Kangana Ranaut further said that she would announce the new release date of 'Emergency'. She also went on to call the industry as "self destructive".
"Now release date for Emergency I will announce only one month in advance with the trailer itself, jab sara saal free hai toh clash ki zarurat kyu hai bhai?? Yeh buri halat hai industry ki phir bhi itni durbuddhi, kya khate ho yaar tum sab, itne self destructive kaise ho," tweeted Kangana.

Kangana Ranaut's past few films have not worked at the box office, and her latest outing 'Dhakkad' had bombed, with footfalls being absymal for this particular movie.
Talking about Kangana Ranaut on the work front, she has multiple projects lined up.
The actress will be seen in her upcoming film ‘Emergency’, in which she stars as former Prime Minster Indira Gandhi. Kangana is also directing the film.
Kangana Ranaut will also be seen in ‘Chandramukhi 2’, a sequel to Rajinikanth's Tamil blockbuster.
She also has ‘Tejas’ and Pradeep Sarkar-directed biopic on ‘Noti Binodini’. She's also producing ‘Tiku Weds Sheru’, starring Avneet Kaur and Nawazuddin Siddiqui.
