‘Jigra’, directed by Vasan Bala and starring Alia Bhatt and Vedang Raina, is underperforming at the box office. The new Hindi movie, which is a joint production of Karan Johar and Alia Bhatt, has opened to polarising reviews. It looks unlikely that the film will emerge as a success story at the box office. But Vedang Raina has penned a heartfelt post, expressing his gratitude for the ‘Jigra’ team. For the unversed, ‘Jigra’ marks Vedang Raina’s theatrical debut. He made his acting debut with Zoya Akhtar’s ‘The Archies’, which premiered on Netflix in 2023.
Taking to Instagram, Vedang Raina shared several pictures with Alia Bhatt and director Vasan Bala.
“This whole experience has been nothing short of a dream!! Biggest hug to the greatest team ever for making this happen. I love you guys. Really. Thank you,” Vedang Raina wrote on Instagram.
“And to all of you who have been writing to me, I see you and I love you. We only do all of this and try our best everyday for you guys, so thank you for all of the love, it means everything.
