Alia Bhatt Holds Hammer, Promises To Protect Vedang Raina In Intense 'Jigra' Poster
Alia Bhatt has shared an intense poster from her upcoming film 'Jigra', which also stars Vedang Raina.
Bollywood star Alia Bhatt is one of the most versatile Indian actresses, and fans cannot wait for her upcoming film 'Jigra' to release in cinemas. The new Hindi movie is slated to hit the cinemas on October 11, 2024, and in the latest entertainment news, Alia Bhatt on Thursday morning unveiled a new poster and it looks intense and promising. In the poster, Alia Bhatt can be seen holding a hammer. The poster also showcases a silhouette of a person with a backpack standing in front of a fence, with the title 'Jigra' vertically written on the left side.
In the background, we can also see a profile of Vedang Raina. "Tu mere protection mein hai. #Jigra in cinemas 11th October," Alia Bhatt wrote on Instagram.

‘Jigra’ marks the first collaboration between Alia Bhatt and Vedang Raina, who made his acting debut with Zoya Akhtar’s ‘The Archies’, which premiered on Netflix last year.
The upcoming Hindi movie is being directed by Vasan Bala, who has earlier helmed projects like 'Mard Ko Dard Nahi Hota', and 'Monica, O My Darling'. Both these movies received critical acclaim.
Last year, the film’s announcement video was shared online by the makers. The announcement video kicked off with a quote by GK Chesterton, which read, "The paradox of courage is that one must be a little careless of life to keep it."
'Jigra' is being produced by Alia Bhatt, Karan Johar, Apoorva Mehta, Alia Bhatt and Somen Mishra.
Apart from ‘Jigra’, Alia Bhatt will also feature in Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s ‘Love and War’. The film will also star Ranbir Kapoor and Vicky Kaushal.
She also has Farhan Akhtar’s ‘Jee Le Zaraa’ in the pipeline. The upcoming movie will also star Priyanka Chopra Jonas and Katrina Kaif.
