John Abraham's 'Vedaa' will be releasing on this date!

Indian actor-producer John Abraham, who made his Bollywood debut with ‘Jism’ in 2003 opposite Bipasha Basu, established himself as a prominent figure in the entertainment industry with a diverse filmography that includes action, comedy, and drama. Over the years, he starred in several popular movies like ‘Dhoom’, ‘Garam Masala’, ‘Dostana’, ‘New York’, ‘Madras Cafe’, ‘Batla House’, ‘Satyameva Jayate’ and more. John Abraham, who is also known for his commitment to fitness, received immense praise for his performance in the hit 2023 Hindi movie ‘Pathaan’.

After his smashing performance in ‘Pathaan’, co-starring Shah Rukh Khan and Deepika Padukone, John Abraham is coming back with another action flick.

The actor will next be seen Nikkhil Advani's ‘Vedaa’, which also stars Sharvari Wagh, Abhishek Banerjee and Tamannaah Bhatia. Finally, the makers have unveiled the teaser of the film, which is slated to release in cinemas on July 12, 2024.

The teaser of ‘Vedaa’ gives a glimpse into the world of courage and challenges coupled with high-octane action sequences and jaw-dropping stunts shot on an epic scale. The action choreography will definitely leave viewers at the edge of their seats.

The story of bravery and the power revolves around the relentless pursuit of a young lady who fights and challenges a draconian system with the help of that one man who she believes was her saviour. The unexpected ally becomes her weapon.

Presented by Zee Studios, Emmay Entertainment and JA Entertainment, the upcoming film has been directed by Nikkhil Advani and written by Aseem Arrora.

‘Vedaa’ has been produced by Zee Studios, Monisha Advani, Madhu Bhojwani, John Abraham and co-produced by Minnakshi Das.

Earlier, while speaking about the upcoming film, Nikkhil Advani in a statement had said, “Vedaa is not just a film. It’s inspired from real events and is a reflection of our society and pushes the boundaries of reality. Working with John, Sharvari and Abhishek Banerjee has been an incredible experience and I’m glad to finally announce the release date and fingers crossed the audiences gets moved the way we all did when we first heard the story of Vedaa.”
