The makers of ‘Citadel: Honey Bunny’ recently held the success party of the new Hindi web series and it was attended by several B-town celebrities. The bash was attended by the lead stars Varun Dhawan and Samantha Ruth Prabhu as well as director Raj & DK. ‘Citadel: Honey Bunny’ success party was also graced by Varun's wife, Natasa Dalal, Mrunal Thakur, Saqib Saleem, Abhishek Banerjee, and Avneet Kaur. A video clip is now going viral on social media, in which Varun can be seen dancing alongside Samantha to his ‘Baby John’ track ‘Nain Matakka’.

For the event, Varun Dhawan was seen dressed in a blue T-shirt and white pants. Meanwhile Samantha Ruth Prabhu was seen in a beige and gold crop top and black trousers.

For the unversed, ‘Citadel: Honey Bunny’ is the Indian spinoff of the American series ‘Citadel’, starring Priyanka Chopra Jonas and Richard Madden.
The web series shows Varun Dhawan and Samantha as spy characters, Bunny and Honey.
Besides Varun and Samantha, the show also stars Kay Kay Menon, Simran, Saqib Saleem, Sikandar Kher, Soham Majumdar, Shivankit Parihar, and Kashvi Majmundar.
Earlier speaking about his character, Varun Dhawan had said, “Bunny is unlike any role I’ve played before. As a spy, he not only leads a double life, but every aspect of his personality has two distinct sides, which was very exciting for me as an actor. Intricately woven into the storyline, his portrayal required me to draw on a blend of experiences and characters I’ve embodied over the years, as well as mentally and physically prepare for the grueling stunts and amped-up action scenes, making it one of my most challenging performances yet.”
Meanwhile, Varun Dhawan will be next seen in ‘Baby John’. The Kalees directorial also stars Keerthy Suresh, Wamiqa Gabbi and Jackie Shroff. ‘Baby John’ is set to release in cinemas on December 25, 2024.
