Celebrity couple Akshay Kumar and Twinkle Khanna recently attended the fifth and final day of the Lord's Test between India and England on Monday. The duo witnessed a cracking day of Test cricket, which saw India coming short and going down by 22 runs to give England a lead in the Anderson-Tendulkar Trophy. Twinkle Khanna has now shared pictures with Akshay Kumar, describing her experience of watching a Test cricket match and witnessing the contest up close and personal.
Taking to Instagram, Twinkle Khanna shared pictures with Akshay Kumar. In the first picture, the two of them were seen standing together, with Akshay holding a cup of coffee while Twinkle enjoyed ice-cream.
Another picture captured the buzzy cricket ground, with hundreds of fans in the stands. The last shot featured Twinkle and Akshay smiling wide for the camera. Twinkle wore a pink outfit, while Akshay looked dapper in a beige attire.
"A quick breakfast and a long day of cricket-my first time watching 22 men chase one ball to prove they each have two. Cricket truly is a religion, and who knows… I might just become its newest devotee. I actually enjoyed all the wickets, runs, and nonstop excitement," Twinkle Khanna captioned the post.
