The teaser opens with a thought-provoking voiceover from Sunny Deol, establishing the emotional core of the film. He states that an ordinary person treats a doctor as God, entirely surrendering their life into the hands of medical professionals. The tension immediately builds as he asks a chilling question: if that doctor commits an act of betrayal, what is the helpless patient supposed to do?

This heavy dialogue is intercut with picturesque aerial shots of a lakeside town proudly waving the Indian tricolour, before taking a very dark turn. Bold text across the screen explicitly notes that the film is "Inspired by unbelievable true events".

Viewers are then shown a grief-stricken Sunny Deol peering through a circular glass window into a hospital room, watching over a patient attached to a ventilator. The tragedy escalates as he is seen gently placing his hand on a deceased woman wrapped in a red shroud and adorned with marigold flowers, while villagers stand around in mourning. As the on-screen text urges the audience to discover the "shocking truth of our medical system," the narrative introduces a flashback to a festive dance gathering. Amidst the celebration, a young girl suddenly collapses to the floor, sparking panic among her family members who rush to her aid.

The central conflict of the film is fully unveiled when the teaser exposes the internal operations of a medical facility. Sunny Deol's voiceover highlights the grim reality of medical scams, explaining that patients who walk in with minor illnesses are forcefully handed exorbitant bills of five lakh rupees and subjected to 25 unnecessary tests. A deeply agitated Sunny Deol is seen reviewing these medical documents, his facial expressions shifting from profound sorrow to seething rage.

This emotional distress soon transforms into explosive, hard-hitting action. Confronting the systemic exploitation head-on, an injured and bleeding Sunny Deol shouts that the doctors at these organizations do not write medical prescriptions; instead, they write their own financial commissions. He fiercely questions how long the public is expected to tolerate this abuse. The teaser immediately ramps up the adrenaline with brutal confrontation scenes in hospital corridors, where Sunny Deol is seen physically overpowering corrupt hospital staff, smashing a man against an anatomy chart, and wielding a weapon in retaliation.

Adding to the investigative tone, the teaser features brief glimpses of a determined supporting cast, including actor Ravi Kishan, who firmly states their intent to catch the culprits. Other rapid visual flashes show a smiling young woman (Pragya Jaiswal) holding college books, glaring operation theatre lights, and the tragic sight of two bodies in blue morgue bags being loaded into an ambulance under heavy police watch.

Produced by Deepak Mukut, Hemmant Mukut, and Lokesh Mukut under the MM Moviez banner, 'SURYAA: Ant Se Aarambh Tak' appears ready to deliver a powerful social message wrapped in an engaging thriller. With its hard-hitting dialogue and visceral action sequences, the film is set for a massive theatrical release on November 20, 2026.
