Another user wrote that Salman looks great and wished success for ‘Battle of Galwan’. Some even remarked that the actor appears younger, with one comment saying he looks like his younger self and that facial hair does not suit him. Others echoed similar sentiments, with remarks like “he’s literally reverse ageing” and “Bhai looks handsome and happy.”

Several fans were also relieved to see Salman Khan smiling in the photos, particularly after recent concerns regarding his father, veteran screenwriter Salim Khan. Earlier this year, Salim Khan was hospitalised on February 17 after suffering a minor brain haemorrhage. He has since undergone a small medical procedure and is now recovering.

Directed by Apoorva Lakhia, ‘Battle of Galwan’ draws inspiration from the 2020 Galwan Valley clash between Indian and Chinese troops. The film aims to portray the intense confrontation in which soldiers engaged in brutal combat without the use of firearms.

Apart from Salman Khan in the lead role, the film also features Chitrangada Singh, Zeyn Shaw, Ankur Bhatia, Vipin Bhardwaj, and Abhilash Chaudhary in key supporting roles.

In an earlier conversation with Press Trust of India (PTI), Salman spoke about the demanding nature of the project. He described the film as physically challenging, explaining that as time passes he now needs to dedicate more effort to training. The actor said that while he previously prepared for action roles within a couple of weeks, the current film requires extended training that includes running, kicking, punching, and intensive physical work.

‘Battle of Galwan’ is slated to arrive in theatres on April 17, 2026.
