Rohman Shawl has opened up on his relationship with Sushmita Sen after the actress remarked that she’s been single for three years now.
Bollywood actress Sushmita Sen recently appeared on actress Rhea Chakraborty's podcast, titled 'Chapter 2'. During their conversation, both actresses were seen having a discussion on several aspects of their journey, and the duo also opened up on their respective love lives. During the podcast, Sushmita Sen, who was last seen in Disney+ Hotstar series 'Aarya' Season 3, revealed that she has been single since three years. Ever since this statement went public, fans were left wondering about her equation with Rohman Shawl, who was recently spotted accompanying her at an awards show.
Rohman Shawl has now opened up on her bond with Sushmita Sen, saying, “Voh toh 6 saal se saath mein hai. Isme naya kya hai? We have always been friends and that will always continue. We share something special and that is visible also.”
For the unversed, during her appearance on Rhea Chakraborty's podcast, Sushmita said, “As we sit here today, I have no man in my life. I have been single for a while now. Three years, to be precise. I am not even interested in anyone at the moment. It’s lovely to take a break because I was in a relationship prior to that for almost five years and that was a long, long time.”
“I have some incredibly wonderful people in my life who are my friends and they are all just waiting for a moment for me to call them and say, ‘Look, I’m pulling the car out, get in the backseat. We’re driving to Goa,” she added.
Sushmita Sen also revealed how she believes in being completely invested in a relationship.
For the unversed, Sushmita and Rohman were in a relationship before calling it quits in December 2021. However, recent reports stated that the duo is back together.
