Bollywood actress Mouni Roy has once again given fans a glimpse into her spiritual side. The actress recently visited the Vaishno Devi shrine in Jammu and Kashmir and shared a dreamy photo dump on Instagram, captioning it "Divine morning" along with the hashtag #vaishnodevi. The carousel opened with Mouni looking back over her shoulder, her curly hair blowing in the mountain breeze. She was seen dressed in a mustard-yellow velvet kurta set, teamed with a sheer dupatta dotted with tiny embroidered motifs, a bindi and kundan jhumkas.

The green hills of the Trikuta range and a clear blue sky completed the frame. The next few slides kept the mood serene. In one, Mouni stood at a steel railing, gazing at the valley in profile. In another, she flashed a playful smile while running a hand through her hair, with buildings dotting the hillside behind her. One wide frame captured her admiring the mountain from the terrace, while another showed her tilting her head back with her eyes closed, soaking in the morning sun. A back shot of the actress facing streaks of sunlight added to the dreamy vibe.

Mouni also shared a couple of close-ups. In one selfie, she flaunted a red tilak on her forehead, a long beaded mala and her jhumkas, with sunglasses perched on her head. In another, she grinned widely for the camera while pushing her shades up, the V-neckline of her kurta and its golden border clearly visible.

The trip was not just about devotion. The Bollywood actress travelled with her girl gang, and the photo dump included fun moments from a private jet. In one picture, Mouni flashed a peace sign alongside three friends, all of them in sunglasses. Another was a group selfie from the jet with the same gang. A third showed Mouni posing playfully on a friend's lap in a lounge, arms stretched out wide. She also posted a cosy selfie with a friend dressed in maroon velvet and an embroidered Kashmiri-style shawl.

Among the more personal frames was a picture of two clasped hands inside a car, one wrist wearing a watch with a green dial. The carousel signed off with a striking shot of the sun peeking over the mountain peak.

The post struck a chord with fans and the industry alike. Within about 16 hours, it crossed 88,000 likes and over 700 comments. This is not the first time that Mouni has shared glimpses of her faith. In August this year, the actress offered prayers at the Kashi Vishwanath temple during the holy month of Sawan. She is also known as a devotee of Lord Shiva and has made several visits to Adiyogi in Tamil Nadu.
