Saif Ali Khan turned 56 on August 16, and his birthday celebrations received a personal touch from his wife Kareena Kapoor Khan, who marked the occasion by giving fans a glimpse into their recent holidays. Saif has generally maintained a relatively low profile on social media, but Kareena frequently offers fans a window into their life together through her Instagram posts. On his special day, she shared a collection of previously unseen vacation pictures, revealing candid moments featuring the couple and their family.

The photographs captured the pair enjoying a relaxed getaway. One image showed Kareena and Saif aboard a boat, soaking in the sea breeze as she posed for a selfie. Another featured the couple posing together, with Kareena sporting a white bikini while Saif was dressed casually in a white shirt and red shorts.
Sharing the pictures on Instagram, Kareena wrote, "Happy Birthday to my forever ride or die, how boring would life be without you… This Insta post pictures are all approved by him, loves it when I post his pictures."

One of the pictures offered a glimpse of Saif spending time with their sons, Taimur and Jeh, as they took in the sunset. Another showed the couple embracing their playful side with a mirror selfie inside a lift. Kareena also made it clear that the pictures had Saif's approval, adding a personal element to the birthday post.
Saif and Kareena's relationship began while they were working together on ‘Tashan’, which was released in 2008. Their romance quickly became a major talking point, and the couple eventually took their relationship forward, tying the knot in 2012 in an intimate ceremony at Saif's Bandra residence in Mumbai. The couple later welcomed their first child, Taimur, in December 2016. Their second son, Jeh, was born in February 2021.
Meanwhile, on the work front, Saif is preparing for the release of 'Haiwaan', which reunites him with Akshay Kumar nearly two decades after their previous collaborations. Directed by Priyadarshan, the psychological thriller features Saif as a visually challenged man, while Akshay plays the antagonist. The film is scheduled to arrive in cinemas on September 11.
Kareena, meanwhile, has 'Daayra' lined up. Directed by Meghna Gulzar, the film also stars Prithviraj Sukumaran and is scheduled for a theatrical release on September 18.
