Here's what Ibrahim Ali Khan had to say about his dating rumours with Palak Tiwari.
Ibrahim Ali Khan, son of Bollywood star Saif Ali Khan and actress Amrita Singh, recently stepped into the spotlight with his debut film ‘Nadaaniyan’ on Netflix. While the film received flak from critics and audiences alike, Ibrahim’s charm off-screen continues to win hearts. Despite a rocky start to his acting journey, he enjoys a strong social media following, and his fun, light-hearted interactions with the paparazzi often go viral. His personal life also keeps fans curious — especially with ongoing dating rumours linking him to Palak Tiwari, daughter of Shweta Tiwari and Raja Chaudhary.
Speaking to Filmfare, Ibrahim Ali Khan finally broke his silence regarding the rumours, answering whether they are more than just friends.
In the interview, Ibrahim Ali Khan was asked if he is willing to talk “about a certain Miss Tiwari”. He, at first, seemed wary of addressing the rumours and going into too much detail.
He then said that Palak Tiwari is just a “good friend” and she is “sweet”. “She’s a good friend. Yeah, she’s sweet. That’s all,” he said.
For the unversed, Ibrahim and Palak have often been spotted together multiple times. It was also rumoured that the duo vacationed together in Maldives and Goa.
Palak Tiwari has also maintained in interviews that they’re just friends and nothing more.
During the same interview, Ibrahim Ali Khan revealed that he had a crush on Deepika Padukone while growing up.
“I remember I was like seven or eight years old. My dad was shooting for Imtiaz Ali’s Love Aaj Kal in the UK. What a movie! And I was like, wow. Deepika Padukone. That’s when I had my first crush ever. I was so small and I was obsessed with her. I was like I want to see Deepika. And that’s when I realised my dad is a big actor. Deepika Padukone is doing a movie with him,” he said.
For the unversed, Ibrahim Ali Khan made his acting debut earlier this year with Shauna Gautam’s romantic comedy ‘Nadaaniyan’, which was released on Netflix. The film also starred Khushi Kapoor in the lead role.
Ibrahim Ali Khan already has another film with Kajol and Prithviraj Sukumaran. He is also working on a film with Sreeleela.
On the other hand, Palak Tiwari was last seen in Salman Khan's 'Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan', directed by Farhad Samji. She is now gearing up for the release of ‘The Bhootnii’. Co-starring Sanjay Dutt, Mouni Roy and others, it will release on May 1, 2025.
