Watch: Deepika Padukone Watches ‘Kalki 2898 AD’ With Hubby Ranveer Singh, He Calls Her Performance “Beyond Compare”
Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone saw Nag Ashwin’s ‘Kalki 2898 AD’ in a Mumbai theatre on Tuesday night.
Bollywood stars and couple Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone, who are expecting their first child, watched Nag Ashwin's recently released directorial 'Kalki 2898 AD' on Tuesday night. Several pictures and videos of the duo outside a theatre are being shared on social media. However, it was important to mention that Ranveer and Deepika arrived at the theatre separately. In the videos, Deepika can be seen wearing a white T-shirt under a black blazer and cropped blue denims. Deepika Padukone also carried a bag and wore white sneakers.
She briefly posed for the shutterbugs before entering the theatre. Ranveer Singh was spotted wearing a black ensemble – a T-shirt, cape, pants, shoes, cap and sunglasses.
Ranveer was also seen gesturing towards the paparazzi to clear way. He arrived at the theatre with his mother Anju Bhavnani and sister Ritika Bhavnani.

After watching 'Kalki 2898 AD' inside a movie theatre with his family and wife Deepika, Ranveer Singh took to Instagram Stories to say, “Kalki 2898 @kalki2898ad - a grand cinematic spectacle! That's what big-screen cinema is all about! An unprecedented level of finesse in technical execution. The very best in Indian cinema. Congrats to Nagi Sir & team! @nag_ashwin.”

For the unversed, ‘Kalki 2898 AD’ has been mounted on a massive budget of more than Rs 600 crore. The film is a perfect fusion of the Hindu epic Mahabharata and science fiction.
‘Kalki 2898 AD’ has been released in multiple languages such as Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam, Kannada, Hindi and English.
Ranveer and Deepika will next be seen in Rohit Shetty's 'Singham Again', alongside Ajay Devgn, Akshay Kumar, Kareena Kapoor, Tiger Shroff, Jackie Shroff and Arjun Kapoor. The film is slated to release in cinemas on Diwali 2024.
Ranveer Singh will also headline Farhan Akhtar's 'Don 3'.
