Avika Gor Speaks About Being Replaced In Salman Khan's 'Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan'
Actress Avika Gor, who is known for her work in TV serial 'Balika Vadhu', recently opened up on being replaced in Salman Khan’s 'Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan' at the last minute.
Actress Avika Gor, who is known for her work in TV serial 'Balika Vadhu', recently opened up on being replaced in Salman Khan-starrer 'Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan' at the last minute. She also said that this was not the first time that she was replaced in a Salman Khan film as she had faced a similar situation during 'Antim'. Talking to journalist Siddharth Kannan, the actress said that she "did not say no" but the team of 'Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan' replaced her and she does not know about the reason.
"It was a last minute change. We just got a call that they are going ahead with somebody else,” she said and added, “I was going to sign the next day."
“I had faced something similar with the same team where two weeks before the film they called and they said they cast someone else. But this happens,” she added.
When asked if she was talking about 'Antim' which also starred Aayush Sharma, Avika Gor nodded in agreement.
“At the end of the day it’s their call and it’s okay. They must have had their reasons, they know better. Yes, I am human. Of course, you have that feeling that ‘I wish this didn’t happen the second time. But I think it was meant to be," said Avika Gor.
“I’m not saying what they did was wrong because at the end of the day, they also have to choose wisely. They have to take calls as to who is the best for their film and that’s who they go ahead with," she added.
Avika Gor will next be seen in '1920 Horrors of the Heart'.
