Watch: Anupam Kher Calls Rajinikanth “God's Gift To Mankind”
Anupam Kher and Rajinikanth interacted with each other in Delhi during Prime Minister Narendra Modi's swearing-in ceremony at the Rashtrapati Bhavan.
Rajinikanth is one of the biggest superstars the country has ever produced, and he enjoys a demigod-like following in India. It looks like even Bollywood actor Anupam Kher is a fan of the 'Jailer' star. Anupam Kher and Rajinikanth interacted with each other in Delhi during Prime Minister Narendra Modi's swearing-in ceremony at the Rashtrapati Bhavan. In a new video posted by Anupam Kher on Instagram, the veteran actor can be seen walking with Rajinikanth and addressing him as "God’s gift to mankind."
In the video, Anupam Kher was seen with Rajinikanth, and the duo was surrounded by several security members. A few seconds into the video, Anupam Kher turned his front camera towards Rajinikanth and said, “The one and only, Mr. Rajini-the-kanth! The one and only! The God's gift to mankind! Waah.”
After hearing this, Rajinikanth flashed a huge smile, and looked at the camera as well. “God’s gift to mankind! The one and only - #Rajnikanth! Jai Ho,” Anupam Kher wrote on Instagram.

Speaking of Rajinikanth, the superstar had spoken to reporters who were waiting for him outside the airport in Chennai.
“I am going to take part in the swearing-in ceremony... It is a very historic event… Assuming office for the third consecutive term is Narendra Modi’s big achievement, my hearty greetings to him. People have elected a robust opposition which is a healthy sign for democracy,” said Rajinikanth.
Meanwhile, on the work front, Rajinikanth was last seen in his daughter Aishwarya Rajinikanth's 2024 film 'Lal Salaam'.
He will soon be seen in TJ Gnanavel’s 'Vettaiyan'. The film will also star Amitabh Bachchan, Fahadh Faasil and Rana Daggubati.
Rajinikanth will soon resume shooting for Lokesh Kanagaraj’s 'Coolie'.
Anupam Kher, on the other hand, will next be seen in Kangana Ranaut's ‘Emergency’. He also has ‘The Signature’ and ‘Metro In Dino’ in the pipeline.
