In the now-viral pictures, Aamir Khan and Vinesh Phogat can be seen sporting smiles on their faces as they talk to each other on a video call. Sharing the images on Instagram, a fan page wrote, "Good touch from Aamir Khan. Over a video call, he congratulated Vinesh Phogat for her stupendous fight in Paris." Fans are now asking for 'Dangal 2' in the comments section. "Dangal 2 is on its way," commented one user.

Another user wrote, "There's going to be a movie made."

"Aamir Khan will make a film and will mint money! Wait and see," wrote another user.

For the unversed, in 'Dangal', Aamir Khan played the role of Mahavir Singh Phogat, an amateur wrestler, who trains his daughters Geeta Phogat and Babita Phogat to become India's first world-class female wrestlers.

Fatima Sana Shaikh and Sanya Malhotra essayed the role of adult versions of two Phogat sisters, while Zaira Wasim and the late Suhani Bhatnagar were seen as their younger versions.

Speaking of Vinesh Phogat, she managed to reach the final of the women's 50kg event at the recent Paris Olympics, but she missed out on a medal after she was disqualified before the final.
