Fans cannot wait for the latest season of 'Bigg Boss' to get underway. The Salman Khan-hosted show will premiere on October 6, 2024 on Colors TV. In the latest entertainment news, several reports are doing the rounds, stating that famous TV actor Rithvik Dhanjani, is going to be a part of the uber-popular show. However, Rithvik has now shut down these rumours, calling it "fake news." Taking to Instagram Stories, Rithvik refuted all the claims, saying the show is not his "cup of tea."

"#FakeNews alert!! False News! It's not my cup of tea; it's too much work to get locked up, and I like it that way! Requesting the media please let's not make incorrect headlines with my name. There's enough good things to talk about."

Earlier, 'Bigg Boss 18' makers had unveiled the latest promo, and it gave the viewers a deeper insight into the futuristic theme of the ‘Bigg Boss 18’ house.

In the video, Salman Khan can be seen giving a flashback of some themes from previous seasons. Flashing the eye logo, he says, “This eye used to show and see but only the present, but now an eye will open that will rewrite history as it will see the future. Technology will transform, seeing all deceptions and intentions that will go bad. This time Bigg Boss will see the future, so who will change their written destiny? See time ka taandav this season.”

As per several reports, the upcoming edition of 'Bigg Boss' might have some AI integrations to rely on its futuristic theme. 

As per reports, the list of confirmed contestants for the upcoming season includes names like Shoaib Ibrahim, Nia Sharma, Nyrraa Banerjee, Meera Deosthale, Shezada Dhami, Shilpa Shirodkar, Shanthi Priya, Avinash Mishra, Zaan Khan, Debchandrima Roy, Chahat Pandey, Sailee Salunkhe, and others.

Meanwhile, on the film front, Salman Khan will next be seen in AR Murugadoss' 'Sikandar'. The movie also stars Rashmika Mandanna, Prateik Babbar, Kajal Aggarwal and Sathyaraj. The film is currently slated to release in cinemas on Eid 2025.

Salman Khan was last seen alongside Katrina Kaif and Emraan Hashmi in the 2023 Hindi movie ‘Tiger 3’.
