Hardik Pandya shared a romantic on-field moment with girlfriend Mahieka Sharma after India’s historic T20 World Cup 2026 win.
Amid the confetti, cheers and celebrations following India’s T20 World Cup victory, Hardik Pandya shared a personal moment that quickly grabbed attention. The all-rounder celebrated the historic win on the field with girlfriend, model Mahieka Sharma, who was seen rushing to him with a warm hug and a sweet peck on his cheek. Later, Hardik affectionately referred to her as his “lucky charm”.

India scripted history by becoming the first team to successfully defend the men’s T20 World Cup title. Led by Suryakumar Yadav, the Men in Blue defeated New Zealand by 96 runs at the Narendra Modi Stadium on Sunday, clinching the trophy for the third time. Hardik played an important role in India’s successful campaign, just as he had in the previous title-winning run.

Photos from the post-match celebrations captured several affectionate moments between the couple. Mahieka joined Hardik on the field immediately after the final result, embraced him warmly and gave a sweet peck on his cheek as they took in the occasion together. The two were later seen walking hand in hand across the ground, enjoying the atmosphere after India’s memorable triumph.

Speaking to the host broadcaster after the win in Ahmedabad, Hardik Pandya reflected on what the trophy meant to him and spoke about the support he has received from Mahieka. He said the victory represented exactly what he has always played cricket for – winning trophies and doing so consistently.
“This is the victory I have always lived for. This is why I have played cricket. I want to win trophies. I want to win as many trophies as I can. In 2024, I had said that whatever trophies I play for, I will win. And I believe that. This trophy is a validation of that,” Hardik said.
He also stressed that success comes from genuine hard work, not just words. Hardik Pandya said there is a great deal of effort behind such achievements and added that one must work hard, stay silent and remain a good person. Speaking fondly about Mahieka, he said that ever since she entered his life, he has only been winning.
“There is a lot of hard work. There is not only talk, but there is a lot of hard work. Work hard, stay silent, be a good person. Since Maheika has come into my life, I have only been winning,” he added.
Mahieka Sharma also celebrated the moment on social media. She shared a picture of Hardik Pandya proudly posing on the field and wrote, “the man, the myth, the legend,” along with a crown and Indian flag emoji.
Hardik and Mahieka reportedly began dating in 2025. A 25-year-old model and actress, Mahieka had already been spotted with him at several matches throughout the World Cup. Earlier this year, Hardik made their relationship official on Instagram by posting a sweet birthday message for her.
Before this, Hardik Pandya was married to actress Natasa Stankovic. The two got married in 2020 but separated in 2024, with their divorce being finalised later that year. Despite parting ways, they continue to co-parent their son, Agastya.
