Trisha Krishnan put an end to fan speculation by sharing a heartfelt birthday post for Thalapathy Vijay, offering a glimpse into their celebration together.
Thalapathy Vijay, the actor and Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu, celebrated his 52nd birthday on June 22. Wishes poured in for the superstar from all corners of the country, but eagle-eyed fans were quick to notice that one familiar name didn't make her presence felt on social media, and that was none other than Trisha Krishnan. Vijay's rumoured partner has always been quick to wish Vijay in the previous few years, but on Monday, fans were left worried and started to wonder whether there was something amiss.
However, there is nothing to worry about as Trisha has finally shared a sweet wish for Vijay. It has now come to light that the Tamil Nadu CM celebrated his big day with Trisha.
The 'Leo' actress gave fans an insight into their celebrations. She shared a picture on Instagram of the actor-politician, all smiles, wearing a printed shirt.
Trisha also had her eyes firmly on Vijay, smiling broadly as she watched him. Five cakes were placed in front of the two. “To the person who makes it all worth it, HBD (heart and evil eye emojis),” she wrote on Instagram.
She also cryptically added, “00.00,” with a sparkle emoji. This latest piece of information, right at the end of the post, possibly hinted that the celebrations took place when the clock struck 12 AM on June 22.

Speaking about Vijay and Trisha Krishnan, the duo forms one of the most successful and admired collaborations in Tamil cinema. Over the years, the duo has shared remarkable on-screen chemistry. Their association began with films such as 'Ghilli', which became a blockbuster and remains a fan favourite to this day. They later worked together in movies like 'Thirupaachi', 'Aathi', 'Leo' and 'Kuruvi', further strengthening their popularity among audiences.
