Pawan Kalyan underwent surgery on July 11 to treat a long-standing rotator cuff injury in his right shoulder. The procedure lasted around three and a half hours, after which he remained under medical observation for several days before being discharged on July 15.

During his hospital stay, the Jana Sena Party chief received visits from several prominent political leaders. Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis met him soon after the operation, while Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu also visited to check on his recovery.

Earlier, Anna had shared another touching update from the hospital alongside photos of Pawan Kalyan, reflecting on the challenges he has silently endured over the years.

"His burden in life has always been far heavier than his physical pain. He rarely complains. Only when the pain becomes too much, even for him. For now, my only job is to take good care of him and make sure he knows he's in safe hands. One day at a time. We'll get there," she had written.

According to the Jana Sena Party, doctors diagnosed Pawan Kalyan with severe rotator cuff injuries in both shoulders, a condition he had reportedly ignored for several years. The surgery addressed his right shoulder, while the procedure for the left shoulder is expected to take place in about two months.

The party also shared an update on his recovery, stating that Pawan Kalyan will now recuperate at his Hyderabad residence. Doctors have advised him to begin physiotherapy three weeks after surgery, with the operated shoulder expected to take approximately four months to recover fully.

On the professional front, Pawan Kalyan continues to balance politics with cinema. Following his appearances in 'Hari Hara Veera Mallu', 'They Call Him OG', and 'Ustaad Bhagat Singh', he is currently working on an untitled project directed by Surender Reddy.
