For the striking look, Mrunal Thakur slipped into the Elenore Red Cape With Drape Skirt Set by Namrata Arrajaipal, a four-piece creation. Taking to Instagram, the Bollywood actress shared stunning photos of herself in the red ethnic outfit.

The head-to-toe red ensemble came crafted in Chantilly lace and comprised a tube bustier, a draped peg skirt, a short cape and a corset belt. The bustier featured delicate lace embroidery and a clean, straight neckline, while the sculpted corset belt cinched her waist with structured boning and crystal embellishment. Below it, the Chantilly lace skirt fell into an elongated, figure-skimming silhouette, complete with draping, a front slit and a wispy lace hem that trailed behind her. The matching cropped cape brought another layer of texture with intricate hand embroidery and playful tassels along its hem. Together, the elements gave the romantic lace a decidedly modern, corseted edge.

Mrunal Thakur leaned fully into maximalist glamour with her accessories. Her jewellery came from Meralda Jewels, and the emerald accents created a gorgeous contrast against all that scarlet. She wore an elaborate diamond-style choker centred with a prominent green stone and finished with dangling details, along with coordinating statement earrings featuring emerald-green drops. A sparkling bracelet and multiple rings, including a bold green-stone ring, completed the jewellery story. On her feet were metallic gold Aquazzura shoes, adding a warm flash of shine without competing with the outfit.
Her beauty look stayed considerably softer. Mrunal Thakur wore her dark hair in a sleek centre part, tucked neatly behind her ears before falling into smooth, gently sculpted waves at the ends. Her makeup featured luminous skin, softly bronzed and blushed cheeks, defined brows and brown-toned eyes accentuated with mascara and subtle liner. A muted pink lip kept things understated, while her red manicure tied neatly back to the outfit.
Meanwhile, on the work front, Mrunal last featured alongside Varun Dhawan and Pooja Hegde in ‘Hai Jawani Toh Ishq Hona Hai’. The movie, directed by David Dhawan, made Rs 74 crore worldwide.
Mrunal will next be seen in the Zee5 film 'Pooja Meri Jaan', which will release on October 2. It also stars Huma Qureshi, Vikram Singh Chauhan and Vijay Raaz.
Up next, she will star in Atlee’s high-octane sci-fi spectacle ‘Raaka’ alongside Allu Arjun and Deepika Padukone.
