Streaming giant Netflix has finally unveiled the trailer for its upcoming murder-mystery series 'The Perfect Couple', starring Nicole Kidman and Liev Schreiber in lead roles. For the unversed, the project will also mark the Hollywood debut of Ishaan Khatter, the half-brother of Shahid Kapoor. In the latest Hollywood movie trailer, Ishaan Khatter also makes a brief appearance. The six-part series has been directed by acclaimed Danish filmmaker Susanne Bier, best known for 'Bird Box', the original 'The Night Manager' series, and 'The Undoing’.
In the latest Hollywood movie trailer, we can see a host of wealthy characters arriving at a beachside location ahead of a wedding. However, things go south when a dead body appears on the beach, and it is then that everyone becomes a suspect.
Ishaan Khatter makes a brief appearance in the latest Hollywood movie trailer. In his scene, he can be seen turning around in the shower to look at someone who seems to have interrupted him.

Ishaan’s sister-in-law, Mira Rajput, also took to Instagram to hype the trailer. Sharing the latest Hollywood movie trailer, she wrote, “Proud of you. You won brother.”
Apart from Nicole Kidman and Schreiber, the series also stars 'The White Lotus' star Meghann Fahy, Jack Reynor, Dakota Fanning, and 'Bad Sisters' star Eve Hewson.
The show’s official synopsis states, “The Perfect Couple follows Amelia Sacks (Eve Hewson), a bride marrying into one of Nantucket’s wealthiest families. The groom’s mother Greer Garrison Winbury (Nicole Kidman), a famous novelist, spares no expense on the high-society wedding. But, when a dead body appears on the beach, everyone’s Champagne dreams quickly vanish and are replaced by suspicion. As secrets bubble up to the surface, an investigation takes hold that feels plucked from one of Greer’s books.”
The show will be released on Netflix on September 5, 2024.
Speaking of Ishaan Khatter, he made his movie debut with 'Beyond The Clouds', and he later made his Bollywood debut with Dharma Productions film 'Dhadak'.
In an earlier interview with PTI, Ishaan had spoken about his entry into Hollywood.
He praised Kidman and the rest of the cast. “It’s just a great opportunity. I taped my audition and they liked it which is why they called me I guess,” he said.
