Blake Lively and Justin Baldoni, who were co-stars in 2024's hit film 'It Ends With Us' are embroiled in an ugly battle and people in Hollywood continue to pick sides. Blake Lively's co-stars from her 2005 film 'The Sisterhood of Travelling Pants' have shown support towards her after the producer and actress accused Justin Baldoni of  harassment and launching a smear campaign against her. America Ferrera, Amber Tamblyn, and Alexis Bledel have come out in support of Blake Lively, saying, "As Blake's friends and sisters for over twenty years, we stand with her in solidarity as she fights back against the reported campaign waged to destroy her reputation.”

“Throughout the filming of It Ends with Us, we saw her summon the courage to ask for a safe workplace for herself and colleagues on set and we are appalled to read the evidence of a premeditated and vindictive effort that ensued to discredit her voice,” it added.

The statement on Instagram further stated, "We are struck by the reality that even if a woman is as strong, celebrated, and resourced as our friend Blake, she can face forceful retaliation for daring to ask for a safe working environment. We are inspired by our sister's courage to stand up for herself and others."

Prior to this, ‘It Ends With Us’ writer Colleen Hoover also came out in support of Blake Lively. On Saturday, Colleen Hoover took to her Instagram Stories to share her support for Blake. She wrote, “@blakelively, you have been nothing but honest, kind, supportive and patient since the day we met. Thank you for being exactly the human that you are. Never change. Never wilt.”

Alongside her statement, Colleen Hoover included a link to a New York Times article titled 'We Can Bury Anyone: Inside a Hollywood Smear Machine', which detailed Blake Lively’s allegations against Justin Baldoni, including claims of a “social manipulation” campaign by him and his team to “destroy” her image.

Several media reports also confirmed that Justin Baldoni has been dropped by his agency, WME, following the sexual harassment accusations.

Earlier, Blake Lively accused Justin and the studio for embarking on a “multi-tiered plan” to damage her reputation. The complaint also outlines a plan, proposing to plant a social media campaign against Blake Lively, planting news stories critical of the actress.

“To safeguard against the risk of Ms. Lively ever revealing the truth about Mr. Baldoni, the BaldoniWayfarer team created, planted, amplified, and boosted content designed to eviscerate Ms. Lively’s credibility,” the complaint states.

“They engaged in the same techniques to bolster Mr. Baldoni’s credibility and suppress any negative content about him," it added.

However, an attorney representing Baldoni, called these claims "completely false, outrageous and intentionally salacious."

For the unversed, the rumours of the rift between Blake Lively and Justin Baldoni began when the two did not promote the film together.

The duo was not clicked together at the premiere either. As per several reports, Blake Lively also commissioned an edit of the film, which was different from that of Justin Baldoni, which eventually made it as the final cut.
