The look featured a plaided pink corseted dress with a voluminous, bubble-style skirt, constructed from soft Madras checks that created depth, movement, and whimsy. The structured pink corset bodice – form-fitted and strong – introduced an architectural contrast to the airy silhouette below.
Layered over it was a checkered black-and-white tailored jacket, zipped at the front and styled off the shoulders to reveal the corset’s sweetheart neckline. The juxtaposition of the jacket with the delicate checks of the skirt struck a refined balance between tradition and modernity, a hallmark of Rahul Mishra’s craftsmanship. The ensemble also carried subtle nods to his signature detailing, including delicate embroidery inspired by his broader collection motif.
Nora Fatehi kept accessories minimal to let the outfit’s artistry speak. She paired the dramatic silhouette with dainty studs and classic black pointed stilettos, grounding the look with sleek simplicity.
Her hair was styled in a polished updo with soft retro curls framing her face – an elegant, almost cinematic touch that elevated the overall aesthetic. Nora was last seen in the Netflix show ‘The Royals’. It also starred Ishaan Khatter, Bhumi Pednekar, Zeenat Aman, Sakshi Tanwar, Dino Morea, Milind Soman, Chunky Panday and Vihaan Samat. The show has been renewed for a second season despite receiving polarising reviews.
Before ‘The Royals’, Nora was seen in ‘Be Happy’ with Abhishek Bachchan. The movie, directed by Remo D'Souza, released on Amazon Prime Video in March. It also starred Inayat Verma and Nassar.
Nora has two films in the pipeline – Tamil film ‘Kanchana 4’ and Kannada film ‘KD - The Devil’.
