For the unversed, ‘Thamma’ is an upcoming Indian romantic comedy-horror film directed by Aditya Sarpotdar and written by Niren Bhatt, Suresh Mathew, and Arun Falara. Produced jointly by Dinesh Vijan and Amar Kaushik, it serves as the fifth installment in the Maddock Horror Comedy Universe.
The film reportedly stars Ayushmann Khurrana as Alok, Rashmika Mandanna as Tadaka, Nawazuddin Siddiqui as Yakshasan, and Paresh Rawal as Ram Bajaj Goyal. Supporting roles include Faisal Malik, Geeta Aggarwal, Sanjay Dutt, Diana Penty, and Vijay Raaz.
‘Thamma’ is scheduled for a theatrical release on 21 October, coinciding with Diwali.
