For a festive dinner, Khushi Kapoor stepped out in a custom deep purple dress by Arpita Mehta, bringing a contemporary edge to traditional Indian craftsmanship. Taking to Instagram, the young Bollywood actress shared stunning photos of herself in the purple outfit.

The fitted, ankle-length creation featured a high halter neckline and tiny gold-toned, four-petal motifs scattered across its surface. Inspired by Bandhani patterns, the motifs incorporated aari embroidery, bugle beads and small green stones. The intricate detailing shimmered against the richly saturated fabric without overwhelming its sleek silhouette.

The dress featured dramatic cutouts along both sides of her waist, while a thigh-high slit added another daring element. Decorative green-and-gold dangling ornaments lined the slit. From behind, the outfit revealed an open back framed by slender, mirror-embellished straps. These were connected across her back with delicate green drop accents, making the rear view equally striking.
A matching purple pre-pleated dupatta added fluidity to the fitted dress. Its embellished border featured gold detailing and dangling ornaments, while the long fabric panels fell dramatically behind her. Khushi Kapoor completed the look with metallic pointed heels by Jimmy Choo and an intricately worked gold potli bag.
For jewellery, the Bollywood actress chose a broad, collar-style necklace featuring green and blue stones, alongside matching floral stud earrings and statement rings.
Her dark hair was swept back into a neat French twist, keeping the elaborate back detailing visible. Makeup featured defined brows, smoky brown eyes, winged liner, softly flushed cheeks and glossy muted brown lips.
Meanwhile, on the work front, Khushi Kapoor last starred opposite Ibrahim Ali Khan in ‘Nadaaniyan’, a modern rom-com produced by Karan Johar’s Dharmatic Entertainment and directed by Shauna Gautam. The movie premiered on Netflix on March 7, 2025.
Prior to this, she was seen alongside Junaid Khan in ‘Loveyapa’. A remake of the 2022 Tamil film ‘Love Today’, it also starred Kiku Sharda, Grusha Kapoor, and Ashutosh Rana.
