The exquisite drape was crafted from delicate tissue fabric, lending it a translucent, fluid quality that enhanced its dreamy appeal. In a muted rose gold hue, the saree was elevated with intricate gota embroidery and shimmering ghungroo embellishments running along the pallu and borders.
The statement mirror-work blouse with a sleeveless cut and broad neckline added just the right amount of sparkle, contrasting beautifully against the textured tissue fabric. The ensemble exuded an old-world regality while still feeling modern and fresh, making it a standout look for the actress.
Kajal accessorised minimally yet effectively, letting the saree shine in all its grandeur. She paired the outfit with statement earrings from Fine Silver Jewels, featuring green stones that added a pop of colour against the rosy tones of her attire. Skipping heavy layers of jewellery allowed her to highlight the ornate blouse and detailing of the saree.

Before ‘Sikandar’, Kajal featured in S. Shankar’s ‘Indian 2’, alongside Kamal Haasan, Bobby Simha, Rakul Preet Singh, and Brahmanandam. The movie released in theatres on July 12, 2024.
