Vicky Kaushal, Triptii Dimri and Ammy Virk-starrer 'Bad Newz' will be releasing on this date.

Vicky Kaushal, Triptii Dimri, and Ammy Virk-starrer upcoming Hindi film has finally gotten a title. The new Hindi movie is titled 'Bad Newz', and the new Hindi movie will release in cinemas on July 19, 2024. The makers of the new Hindi movie confirmed this development through an Instagram post, in which we can see some quirky looks of all three lead actors in the film.

At the end of the announcement video, the text reads, "A comedy inspired by true events." The film is being made by the makers of 'Good Newzz'. For the unversed, 'Good Newzz' starred Akshay Kumar, Kareena Kapoor Khan, Kiara Advani, and Diljit Dosanjh in leading roles. 

"Get ready for the most entertaining hungama - a hilarious once-in-a-billion situation awaits…a comedy inspired by true events!! #BadNewz IN CINEMAS 19th July 2024," the caption reads on Instagram.

For the unversed, the new Hindi movie has been produced by Amazon Prime in association with Dharma Productions and Leo Media Collective. The film has been directed by Anand Tiwari. 

Earlier on Monday morning, Vicky Kaushal, Triptii Dimri, and Ammy Virk shared a video on Instagram, in which the trio teased their fans. In the video, the trio can be seen speaking to each other on a video call, with Vicky asking the viewers whether they want to hear "good news" first or "bad news" first.

On the work front, Vicky Kaushal was last seen in 'Sam Bahadur' while Triptii won a lot of fans through her performance in 'Animal'.

For the unversed, 'Animal' and 'Sam Bahadur' had released on the same date. Both the films turned out to be success stories at the box office. However, it was Ranbir Kapoor's 'Animal' that collected more than Rs 500 crore in India.
