Tara Sutaria, Veer Pahariya Clap Back At “Bullies”, Reveal What Actually Went Down At AP Dhillon's Concert
Tara Sutaria and Veer Pahariya hit back at “false narratives” and “clever editing” of reels from AP Dhillon concert.
Bollywood actress Tara Sutaria and her boyfriend, actor Veer Pahariya, are hitting back at social media “bullies”. After a video from singer AP Dhillon’s recent Mumbai concert went viral – leading to intense speculation about trouble in paradise – the couple has broken their silence to clear the air. The buzz began when AP Dhillon invited Tara onto the stage during his performance. Dressed in a sleek black outfit, the actress joined the singer to groove to their hit collaboration, ‘Thodi Si Daaru’.
A viral clip of the night showed the duo sharing a friendly hug and AP Dhillon planting a kiss on Tara’s cheek. While the moment appeared to be a celebration of their musical success, internet sleuths quickly shifted the focus to the audience. Viral reels began circulating with reaction footage of Veer Pahariya, with fans claiming he looked “uncomfortable” and visibly unhappy with the interaction unfolding on stage.
Refusing to let the rumors simmer, Tara Sutaria took to Instagram to shut down the gossip. Posting about the night, she wrote: “Loud and proud and in it together!!! @apdhillon FAV!!! What a night! Thank you Mumbai for SO much love for our song... P.S - False narratives, ‘clever editing’ and paid PR campaigns by folks won’t and don’t shake us up! In the end, love and the truth always wins. So the joke’s on the bullies.”

Veer Pahariya wasn't far behind in defending their relationship. He pinpointed exactly how the viral videos were manipulated, revealing that the footage of his “reaction” was taken out of context. Veer commented that the clip showing him looking upset was actually filmed during a completely different song, not during Tara's appearance with AP Dhillon.
“Not to mention the reaction footage of me was taken during another song not even Thodi si daru. Jokers,” he bluntly dismissed the creators of the misleading edits.
The couple’s defiant stance received a wave of support. Actress Disha Patani cheered Tara on with a "Go girl" comment, while Badshah dropped an evil eye emoji.
This isn't Tara's first time supporting AP Dhillon; she was previously spotted at his Pune show and starred in the ‘Thodi Si Daaru’ music video earlier this year.
Despite the online chatter, Tara Sutaria and Veer Pahariya remain stronger than ever. The pair made their relationship Instagram official in August of this year. In a recent interview with Travel + Leisure India, Veer expressed their commitment to being authentic, stating, “I love that we have embraced our affection and love since our first date and have never shied away from expressing how we feel wherever we are.”
