Shah Rukh Khan has been in Dubai for some days now. Recently, he attended an event at the Global Village in Dubai.

At this event, SRK recited dialogues from his popular movies, such as ‘Jawan’, ‘Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge’, ‘Don’, and ‘Jab Tak Hai Jaan’, among others.

SRK also confirmed that Siddharth Anand will be directing his upcoming film ‘King’, which also stars Suhana Khan, Abhishek Bachchan and ‘Munjya’ breakout star Abhay Verma. The movie was earlier supposed to be helmed by Sujoy Ghosh.

As per SRK, the film will go on floors in March 2025. “I'm not just shooting it here; I'm shooting it in Mumbai now when I go back in a couple of months. My director, who is Siddharth Anand, is very strict,” said SRK.

“He made Pathaan. So he is very strict. He said, 'Don't tell people about the film, what you are doing in it.' So I can't tell you but I can assure you it will entertain you, you will have fun,” he added.

‘King’ is being jointly bankrolled by SRK's Red Chillies Entertainment and Siddharth Anand’s Marflix Pictures.

SRK was last seen in Rajkumar Hirani’s ‘Dunki’. The superstar had delivered three hits in 2023 in the form of ‘Pathaan’, ‘Jawan’, and ‘Dunki’.

‘Pathaan’ marked Shah Rukh Khan's return to the big screen after a gap of more than four years after his 2018 film ‘Zero’ tanked at the box office.
