Records Keep Tumbling! Shah Rukh Khan's 'Jawan' Achieves THIS Monumental Feat
Shah Rukh Khan's 'Jawan', which released in theatres in September 2023, continues to smash records left, right and centre.
'Jawan', starring Shah Rukh Khan, Nayanthara, and Vijay Sethupathi, released in theatres in September 2023. Upon its release, the Atlee-directorial broke records for fun, and currently, it is the highest-grossing Hindi film of all-time. The new Hindi movie collected more than Rs 600 crore across all languages in India, and globally, the new Hindi movie minted more than Rs 1,100 crore. 'Jawan' was released on streaming platform Netflix on November 2 (birthday of Shah Rukh Khan), and in the latest entertainment news, Netflix India has confirmed that 'Jawan' is now the most watched film in India across all languages on the platform.
"Vikram Rathore has hijacked our hearts and records! Jawan is now the most watched film in India in the first 2 weeks of launch, across all languages, on Netflix! Watch Jawan in Hindi, Tamil and Telugu, now streaming on Netflix," Netflix India's official handle wrote on X (formerly Twitter).

'Jawan' is a Red Chillies Entertainment presentation directed by Atlee, produced by Gauri Khan, and co-produced by Gaurav Verma. The film was released worldwide in theatres on September 7th, 2023, in Hindi, Tamil, and Telugu.
The film is currently streaming on Netflix in Hindi, Tamil and Telugu. 'Jawan' also features special appearances by Deepika Padukone and Sanjay Dutt.
Talking about SRK, the actor will next be seen in 'Dunki', directed by Rajkumar Hirani. The movie is slated to release in December 2023.
After 'Dunki', SRK will be sharing the screen with his daughter Suhana Khan for a project titled 'King', which will be directed by 'Jaane Jaan' filmmaker Sujoy Ghosh.
