You might be able to fault Ranbir Kapoor's movies, but his performance is never questioned. Of late, Ranbir Kapoor has also been setting fitness goals, and looking at his latest physical transformation, it is sure to blow your mind. In the latest Bollywood news, Ranbir Kapoor's personal trainer Shivoham has shared pictures of the actor's drastic transformation over the past three years.

From Sandeep Reddy Vanga's 'Animal' to Nitesh Tiwari's upcoming 'Ramayana', Ranbir Kapoor has been training hard to get into the skin of his characters, as per the latest Bollywood news.

“It was a beautiful journey and I wish you #ranbirkapoor all the best for the next blockbuster success #ramayana,” the trainer wrote on Instagram.

In latest Bollywood news, the first picture shows a beefed up Ranbir for 'Animal', while the next snap shows a regular Ranbir waiting to start his metamorphosis.

The third image shows Ranbir Kapoor's latest transformation -- a ripped hot body, presumably his look from 'Ramayana'.

Earlier, a video showed Ranbir Kapoor going through all sorts of rigorous training exercises including a hike. Ranbir was also seen doing cartwheels, lifting weights, jogging, doing core exercises and swimming.    

Earlier, several pictures from the sets of 'Ramayana' were leaked online. Arun Govil, who is also a part of the upcoming film, had heaped praise on Ranbir Kapoor.

In an interview with Bollywood Spy, he said, “Only time can tell if that will happen or not, can’t say anything in advance about it. But, as far as Ranbir is concerned, he is a good actor. He is an award-winning actor.”

“Whatever I know of him, Ranbir works very hard, and he is a very cultured kid. He has got good moral and cultural values. I’ve noticed it several times. I’m very sure that he will try to do his level best," he added.

In the latest Bollywood news, as per several reports, 'Ramayana', co-starring Sai Pallavi and Yash, is slated to be released on Diwali 2025. Ranbir Kapoor is reportedly charging Rs 75 crore for each film in the planned 'Ramayana' trilogy.
