Watch Video: Ranbir Kapoor Calls Himself Daughter Raha’s “Burp Specialist” On Kapil Sharma’s Show
The first episode of ‘The Great Indian Kapil Show’ will feature Ranbir Kapoor, his mother Neetu Kapoor and sister Riddhima Kapoor.
Comedian-actor Kapil Sharma, who will be next seen in the upcoming Hindi movie ‘Crew’, is coming out with a new show on Netflix. The first episode of ‘The Great Indian Kapil Show’ will feature actor Ranbir Kapoor, his mother Neetu Kapoor and sister Riddhima Kapoor. The episode will be released on streaming platform Netflix on Saturday, March 30. Raising the excitement among fans, the streaming platform has released the promo for the upcoming episode. In the clip, Neetu Kapoor chuckled, saying, “Mad, you are mad Kapil.”
The promo beings with Kapil Sharma introducing the Kapoor family. Ranbir, Neetu and Riddhima then proceed to inaugurate the comedy show hosted by Kapil Sharma. During the interaction, when Kapil Sharma quizzed Ranbir Kapoor about gifting Riddhima’s dresses to his girlfriends, the ‘Animal’ actor said, “Maine toh mummy ki jewellery bhi di thi.”
Archana Puran Singh then also inquires whether Ranbir has gotten used to diaper duties for his daughter Raha. Though Ranbir didn’t confirm the same, he ended up calling himself as “the burp specialist.”

In the promo, Neetu Kapoor also shared some anecdotes about Ranbir Kapoor’s behaviour with his daughter. Ranbir Kapoor then also expressed his eagerness to bring Raha on Kapil Sharma’s show.
Actor-comedian Sunil Grover, who will be reprising his role as ‘Gutthi’, can also be seen sharing some hilarious moments with Neetu Kapoor.
For the unversed, Sunil Grover had left ‘The Kapil Sharma Show’ following a rift with Kapil Sharma, which stemmed from an altercation during a flight back to Mumbai after a show in Australia.
Apart from Sunil Grover and Kapil Sharma, the comedy show will also star Rajiv Thakur, Kiku Sharda, and Krushna Abhishek.
‘The Great Indian Kapil Show’ is set to stream on Netflix from March 30. New episodes will drop every Saturday at 8 pm.
Meanwhile, on the work front, Ranbir Kapoor was last seen in Sandeep Reddy Vanga’s ‘Animal’, for which he also won a Filmfare Award.
Ranbir Kapoor will star in Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s ‘Love and War’. The period drama will also feature Alia Bhatt and Vicky Kaushal.
The Bollywood actor also has Ayan Mukerji’s ‘Brahmastra 2’, Nitesh Tiwari’s ‘Ramayana’ and Sandeep Reddy Vanga's ‘Animal Park’ in the pipeline.
