"Nikal Vaha Se": Neetu Kapoor Reveals Salman Khan Was Bartender At Her Daughter Riddhima Kapoor's Wedding

Neetu Kapoor revealed that Salman Khan was the bartender at the wedding of her daughter Riddhima Kapoor.

'The Great Indian Kapil Show' recently premiered on the streaming platform Netflix, and the first episode featured actor Ranbir Kapoor, his mother Neetu Kapoor, and sister Riddhima Kapoor. During their appearance on the show, Riddhima Kapoor shared an anecdote about Bollywood superstar Salman Khan playing the role of a bartender at her wedding. Kapil Sharma recently unveiled a behind-the-scenes moment from the first episode, and in the clip, Kapil was seen asking Riddhima about her admiration for individuals in the film industry.

It was then that Ranbir Kapoor revealed his sister's fondness for Salman Khan, noting that she even had his posters in her room.

When Kapil Sharma asked if Salman Khan had indeed taken on the role of a bartender at her wedding with Bharat Sahni, Riddhima said, "Yes."

Neetu Kapoor then said, "Salman said I will be the bartender. I said theek hai. Salman Khan serving liquor to everybody right? So he went. Then the waiters came and told us that the liquor is getting over. Rishi ji was like, ‘I got so much. How is it over?’ Then we saw that the guests were throwing their liquor and asking Salman to pour more." 

"Everybody wanted to ask for a drink because it was Salman Khan behind the bar. Then Rishi ji went and told Salman, ‘Yaar tu nikal vaha se," she added.

For the unversed, Riddhima Kapoor, a jewelry designer, tied the knot with businessman Bharat Sahni in 2006 after dating for four years.

It was in 2011 that the couple welcomed their daughter, Samara. 

During the episode, Neetu Kapoor also revealed how Rishi Kapoor never spoilt Ranbir and Riddhima when they were young and studying abroad. 

Ranbir Kapoor also revealed that Rishi Kapoor used to be a very religious person, and he even hit him when he stepped inside a temple with shoes on.

On the work front, Ranbir Kapoor was last seen in Sandeep Reddy Vanga's 'Animal', and the film went on to do a business of more than Rs 900 crore worldwide.
