For the unversed, the first 'Jolly LLB' film was released in 2013. The film starred Arshad Warsi and Saurabh Shukla in leading roles.

The film's sequel then hit theatres in 2017, with Akshay Kumar replacing Arshad Warsi. He was also joined by Huma Qureshi.

As per a report in Pinkvilla, in the upcoming third installment of the franchise, Akshay Kumar and Arshad Warsi will be at loggerheads with each other.

"It’s basically Jolly vs. Jolly, and the entire cast is excited to start shooting for this ambitious film for the Jolly LLB franchise. The team is still contemplating two titles titled Jolly LLB 3 or Jolly vs. Jolly, and a call on the same will be taken closer to the announcement,” a source previously told Pinkvilla.

On the work front, Akshay Kumar was last seen in Ali Abbas Zafar's 'Bade Miyan Chote Miyan'. The movie has tanked at the box office.

Being made on a massive budget of more than Rs 300 crore, 'BMCM' has just made Rs 62.05 crore in India, as per Sacnilk.
