IPL 2024: Shah Rukh Khan took a victory lap around the Narendra Modi Stadium, Ahmedabad after KKR stormed into the final.
Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan is a happy owner as his Indian Premier League (IPL) franchise Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) stormed into the final of the ongoing edition of the cash-rich league. The Shreyas Iyer-led side defeated SunRisers Hyderabad by eight wickets in Qualifier 1 at the Narendra Modi Stadium, Ahmedabad to progress to the final, which will be played on Sunday, May 26 in Chennai.
After the win, SRK was seen taking a lap of honour around the Narendra Modi Stadium. The 'Jawan' star was seen striking his iconic arms wide open pose after the win.
SRK also accidentally interrupted a live post-match cricket show when he was taking a victory lap with his kids, Suhana and AbRam. In a viral video, SRK can be seen waving towards the crowd.
As he continues to walk ahead, he fails to realise that former India cricketers Aakash Chopra, Parthiv Patel, and Suresh Raina are conducting an on-ground shoot.
Suhana quickly notices the trio, and she steps aside with AbRam. However, SRK walks right into the frame, before laughing sheepishly and apologising with folded hands.

SRK was then seen hugging the three cricketers, and he also apologised to the fans who were watching the show. Suhana Khan was seen breaking into laughter.

The match between KKR and SRH was also attended by the likes of Shanaya Kapoor, Ananya Panday, Navya Naveli Nanda and Agastya Nanda.
For the unversed, the IPL 2024 final will be played on May 26 at the MA Chidambaram Stadium in Chennai.
Rajasthan Royals and Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) will square off in the Eliminator on Wednesday. The winner of this game will take on SunRisers Hyderabad in Qualifier 2 in Chennai on Friday.
