Known for fiercely guarding their privacy, the celebrity couple made a rare and sweet exception when they paused to pose for a selfie with a fan, instantly delighting social media users. For their outing, the couple kept things effortlessly stylish yet understated. Anushka opted for a chic overcoat and completed her look with a cap, while Virat complemented her neutral palette in a beige t-shirt layered under a classic black overcoat. Their coordinated, fuss-free style added to the charm of the moment, with fans flooding the comments section with love.

The sighting came just days after pictures of the couple performing a religious puja at their London residence made the rounds on social media, further fuelling curiosity around their time in the UK.
Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma’s love story dates back to around 2013, when they first met on the sets of a commercial shoot. After nearly four years of dating, the couple tied the knot in a private ceremony in Italy in December 2017. They welcomed their first child, daughter Vamika, on January 11, 2021. On February 15, 2024, they became parents again to a baby boy, Akaay. The couple is known to be extremely protective of their children’s privacy and follows a strict no-photo policy for both Vamika and Akaay.
There has also been speculation that Virat and Anushka have shifted their base to London following the birth of their second child. However, the couple has not officially confirmed the rumoured move.
Meanwhile, on the professional front, Anushka has been away from the big screen for a while. Her last full-length theatrical release was ‘Zero’, directed by Aanand L Rai, which released in 2018 and starred Shah Rukh Khan, Katrina Kaif, and Anushka herself. The film, however, failed to make a mark at the box office.
She later made a brief appearance in her production ‘Qala’, featuring in the song ‘Ghodey Pe Sawaar’. Meanwhile, there has been no update yet on the release of her much-anticipated film ‘Chakda Xpress’, a biopic on former cricketer Jhulan Goswami, which wrapped filming in 2022.
