Ananya Panday offered fans a glimpse into her rejuvenating Kerala wellness retreat, sharing serene moments filled with meditation, Ayurvedic therapies and nature walks.
Bollywood actress Ananya Panday has hit pause on the city and her shoot calendar, and the result is one of the most soothing photo dumps to land on social media this week. The actress took to Instagram to share a string of frames from Tulah Clinical Wellness in Calicut, Kerala – the buzzy integrative healing sanctuary tucked into the hills of the state’s north – captioning it as "four relaxing days" of slowing down, switching off and reconnecting with herself.

In her note, Ananya Panday ran through everything that filled her stay: meditation, morning walks through the green, Ayurvedic massages, sound therapy, oxygen therapy, aqua therapy, acupuncture, "yummiest food," and a deep dive into clinical and Ayurvedic knowledge about her own body. She also nodded to her "fave reading and alone time" – and, of course, “some cute doggies”.

The carousel opened with a fresh-faced selfie of the Bollywood actress on a garden pathway, framed by lush foliage, before easing into a series of moody landscape shots – cloud-draped hills, swaying palms, hibiscus-lined walkways and a blue-hour view of the misty Kerala ranges. In one candid, Ananya beamed in a breezy blue floral suit on a balcony, the rolling green valley and coconut palms stretching out behind her. There was also a tranquil infinity pool tucked under a sculptural, curved canopy, and a sleek, dimly lit treatment room that hinted at the Ayurvedic bodywork on her itinerary.

A standout frame showed Ananya in a crisp white outfit inside the property's now-famous Sonorium – described as the world's largest sound healing dome – gently striking a row of suspended chimes beneath a starlit ceiling. A video captured a live Indian classical performance, with a tabla player and a sitar artiste seated against a wall of floor-to-ceiling windows.
True to her caption, the dump delivered on the doggies too: a fluffy cream-coated retriever mid-tongue-out, caught wandering through the manicured greens. There was also a close-up of vivid purple Bengal clock vine blooms, a plated chocolate dessert with a biscotti shard, and a soft mirror-reflection shot of Ananya holding a frangipani bloom up to the camera.
