SYNOPSIS

Falak is a 1988 Indian Hindi-language action crime film drama directed by Shashilal K. Nair, produced by V. Sagar Bhagat and written by Salim Khan. The music for the film is composed by Kalyanji-Anandji. It stars Raakhee, Jackie Shroff, Madhavi, Shekhar Kapoor, Mohan Bhandari, Supriya Pathak, Sadhana Singh, Anupam Kher, Paresh Rawal, Kiran Kumar, Vikram Gokhale in pivotal roles.

Plot Summary
The story centers on two brothers who become orphans after their watchman father, Ramnath, witnesses and tries to stop the illegal activities of his corrupt employers, Murlidhar and Narang. Ramnath is killed, and his death is covered up as an accident. Years later, his two grown sons, Vijay (Jackie Shroff) and Ravi (Mohan Bhandari), remember the injustice and humiliation their family suffered. They devise a plan for revenge, but face obstacles as the villains have strong connections within the police force and politics. 

The film explores the theme of two brothers on opposite sides of the law—one a lawyer and the other a goon—much like the classic Deewaar (1975).
