Jiya Shankar has made a big and bold statement on her rumoured relationship with Abhishek Malhan.
'Bigg Boss OTT 2' came to an end months back, but still some of the contestants continue to be huge talking point on social media. 'BB OTT 2' winner Elvish Yadav and co-finalist Abhishek Malhan have been in the news regarding the "negative PR" story, and fans of both these two have been going at each other. However, 'Bigg Boss OTT 2' contestant Jiya Shankar has also gotten herself involved in the ongoing controversy.
For the unversed, Jiya Shankar and Abhishek Malhan were great friends inside the 'Bigg Boss OTT 2' and fans speculated whether the duo are dating. #Abhiya was the hashtag created for these two. However, in the latest entertainment news, Jiya Shankar has quashed all these rumours, saying she is single.
"Ye do fandoms ke beech me, mein kyu phassi hui hu, I have no idea. Please, I request all these fandoms to get me out of it. I don't want to be a part of this, I have my own identity. Because for that, even if I have this much fans, I know they love me. And they fight for me everywhere. I am good with it. Don't link me up with a guy who I have nothing with," said Jiya Shankar.
"One day, when I will be dating someone, I will proudly flaunt him everywhere, I am not one of those people who like to hide their relationship," she added.

For the uninitiated, a war of words between Elvish Yadav and Abhishek Malhan has been going on for a long time.
Elvish Yadav had earlier claimed that someone is doing negative PR against him, and then his fans started accusing Abhishek, who goes by the moniker of Fukra Insaan.
Elvish Yadav had recently shot a music video for 'Hum Toh Deewane' alongside actress Urvashi Rautela. On the other hand, Abhishek Malhan also appeared in a music video alongside 'Bigg Boss OTT 2' contestant Jiya Shankar.
