If you are wondering why Nia Sharma dressed up like Madhuri Dixit’s character from the iconic song ‘Dhak Dhak Karne Laga’, which featured in the 1992 Hindi movie ‘Beta’, it was for an appearance on ‘Laughter Chefs’.
For the unversed, ‘Laughter Chefs’ is an all-new cooking-based reality show that was released recently with a bunch of celebrities participating to win the competition.
In the upcoming episode of the show, these celebrities will be seen dressed up as popular characters from Bollywood movies.
Apart from Nia Sharma, the show features Arjun Bijlani, Karan Kundrra, Krushna Abhishek, Kashmeera Shah, Jannat Zubair Rehmani, Reem Shaikh, Sudesh Lehri, Aly Goni, Rahul Vaidya, Vicky Jain and Ankita Lokhande.
Coming back to Nia Sharma’s video, it showed her interacting with the paparazzi and asking them if they are able to recognise her look. However, to her disappointment, they only came up with wrong answers. Some called her Katrina Kaif, while others said she looks like Disha Patani before someone finally said Madhuri Dixit.
Soon after the video was shared online, several social media users flocked to the post’s comment section and reacted to it.
