Jiyaa Shankar embraced tropical vibes in Hawaii, serving effortless island-chic fashion while sharing a vibrant holiday photo dump.
Jiyaa Shankar has officially entered her island era. The Indian actress, who shot to nationwide fame with ‘Bigg Boss OTT 2’, took to Instagram with a sun-soaked photo dump from Hawaii, captioning the carousel with a single, breezy word and a hibiscus emoji: "Aloha". The post racked up over 199,000 likes within roughly 20 hours of going live. The through-line across all slides was the outfit – and it served as the perfect summer statement. Jiyaa picked a matching co-ord set in sheer black mesh, splashed with oversized red and coral hibiscus blooms in a print that could not be more on-theme for her holiday.
The set paired a fitted short-sleeve top with a mini skirt cut with a side slit, and she styled it exactly the way the island demanded: minimal fuss, maximum colour.

The accessories did a lot of quiet work here. A pale chartreuse crochet shoulder bag with gold hardware sat against the dark mesh, tortoiseshell rectangular sunglasses went on and off across the frames, and a chunky gold watch anchored a wrist stacked with rings – including one with a green stone that caught the light in a few shots. Pink strappy flip-flops finished the look. Her hair was pulled into a half-up style, with a small red bloom tucked behind one ear in a couple of the sunnier frames.
Location-wise, the backdrop was unmistakable. Several photos were shot along Ala Wai Boulevard, with the street sign, the Ala Wai Canal, and rows of towering palms clearly visible. Others were taken from the canal-side promenade, with green fairways, the Honolulu skyline, and the misty ridgelines of the Ko'olau range behind her. A shuttle rolled past in one candid; a crosswalk, traffic signals and a couple of parked cars filled in the rest. It read less like a styled shoot and more like a genuinely good afternoon documented well.
The prop tying the whole set together was an oversized iced tea in a clear cup, which she carried through nearly every outdoor frame – sipping, walking, laughing mid-step, waving at the camera and, in one shot, shielding her eyes from the sun with a grin.
The comments section filled up quickly. Actress Akriti Negi dropped a "Gorgeous" that alone pulled 214 likes, while Tanya Chaudhari left a fire emoji. Fans piled on too, adding heart and fire reactions to the thread.
