Two years after his historic debut on ‘The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon’, singer-actor Diljit Dosanjh made a grand return to the late-night talk show, proving once again that when “Punjabis arrive, they don't leave in a hurry”. The hype began even before the episode aired, as Diljit took to Instagram to share a spirited teaser from the studio. In the viral clip, his team is seen opening the studio doors, asking, “Kya lagta tha nahi lautenge?” before the camera pans to a dashing Diljit.

“Kaha tha na ke ek baar Punjabi aa jayein toh chethi nahi jaate… Jimmy Fallon aa gaye oye,” he exclaimed, breaking into Bhangra moves to the beat of his latest track ‘Morni’.

The highlight of the evening was undoubtedly the moment Diljit turned the studio floor into a dance workshop. Clips shared by the show’s official handle showed Diljit giving Jimmy Fallon a crash course in Bhangra. Diljit is set to star in Imtiaz Ali’s upcoming partition drama, ‘Main Vaapas Aaunga’, marking their second collaboration following the critical success of ‘Amar Singh Chamkila’. The film, which also stars Naseeruddin Shah, Sharvari Wagh, and Vedang Raina, is slated for a theatrical release on June 12.
