Ponniyin Selvan 2 Song Out now!
'Ponniyin Selvan 2' song 'Aga Naga' has been composed by none other than AR Rahman.

'Ponniyin Selvan 2' is one of the most awaited movies of 2022 and ever since it was revealed that the movie would be released in the month of April this year, fans were asking the makers to release the song 'Aga Naga'. For the unversed, this new song was played briefly in the first installment of the movie when Vallavarayan Vanthiyathevan played by Karthi meets Kundhavai played by Trisha Krishnan. Who doesn't remember the romantic boat scene in the first installment? The makers have finally listened to the audience and the track 'Aga Naga' has finally been released. It is fair to say that the song definitely lives up to the hype.

Listen to 'Ponniyin Selvan 2' new song 'Aga Naga' here:

'Aga Naga' is a song which beautifully portrays Kundhavai’s longing for Vanthiyathevan as she waits for his return from Lanka.

For the unversed, on Monday, both Trisha and Karthi interacted with each other on Twitter to promote the song.

The first part of 'Ponniyin Selvan' had released last year and the movie had ended with the titular hero and Vanthiyathevan getting drowned in the Indian ocean.

We know that help was on the way as Oomai Rani jumped into the ocean to save the prince. The biggest talking point is the identity of the ageing queen, who pretty much looks like the older version of Nandini.

'Ponniyin Selvan 2' is slated to release in the theatres on April 28 this year.

The movie has been directed by Mani Ratnam. 'Ponniyin Selvan' is based on the novel series that goes by the same name, which was written by Kalki Krishnamoorthy in the 70s.

The new movie stars Vikram, Sarathkumar, Prakash Raj, Parthiban and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan in lead roles.
