The fitted silhouette hugged her frame from the plunging V neckline through the hips before falling into a sweeping hem, while slim embellished straps kept the bodice delicate. A black band defined the waist, and a thigh-high slit delivered the look's boldest flash of skin. The back design was striking: a deep scoop exposed most of her back, finished with an oversized black velvet bow and a trailing hem. Across the staircase shots, the sequins caught the chandelier light, making the animal pattern gleam.

Rakul Preet Singh kept the accessories bold but coordinated. Oversized geometric drop earrings, built from black polygonal panels framed in gold tones, echoed the gown's graphic palette. On one wrist, she stacked chunky black bangles and cuffs with detailing, while slim gold-toned rings added a subtler finish. Black strappy ankle-strap heels, with metallic flashes at the front, lengthened the legs without competing with the embellishment.
Her beauty look followed the polished-with-an-edge mood. The hair was centre-parted and slicked close to the head before opening into a voluminous ponytail of defined curls, bringing texture to the sleek styling. Makeup stayed luminous: bronzed skin, sculpted cheeks, precise brows, brown-toned smoky eyes, dark liner and fluttery lashes. A muted rosy-brown lip kept the focus on her eyes and dress.
Meanwhile, on the professional front, Rakul was last seen alongside Ayushmann Khurrana in ‘Pati Patni Aur Woh Do’. The movie, co-starring Sara Ali Khan and Wamiqa Gabbi, released in theatres on May 15.
